Founded in Kenya, Nafsi Reset is a pioneering mental health organization committed to making emotional and psychological well-being accessible, affordable, and stigma-free. Blending clinical therapy expertise with innovative technology, we aim to reach underserved communities that often face barriers to mental health support.
Breaking Stigma
At Nafsi Reset, we do more than provide therapy—we drive meaningful conversations around mental health by actively campaigning to dismantle stigma and misinformation. Through public awareness initiatives, community outreach, social media advocacy, and school-based programs, we create safe spaces for dialogue, healing, and education.
Tailored Services
We offer a range of therapy services tailored to individual and group needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, family and couples counseling, and youth-focused support.
